Our policy regarding delivery fees is as follows: if your purchase amount exceeds 99 dirhams, the delivery is free of charge, and we cover the cost. However, if your purchase amount is less than 99 dirhams, you will be responsible for the delivery fee. The delivery fee for purchases under 99 dirhams is 19 dirhams, which should be paid by the buyer.
We have implemented this policy to enhance the quality of our services. With this approach, we can cover the delivery cost for high-value products, including orders over 99 dirhams, and provide free delivery to our customers. However, for lower purchase amounts, the delivery fee will be borne by the buyer.

Return and Refund Policy

If you encounter any problems or defects in the product you received, please contact Digimigia support team. After identifying the issue, you must send us a picture or video of the defect in the product.

Dear customers, please pay attention to the following points:

After purchasing the product and sending it to the designated location, you have only 24 hours to return it and get a refund. In case of any problem, please contact our Digimigia support team via WhatsApp, Telegram, or email to confirm the product exchange or refund.
No money will be returned to you after 24 hours.
After 8 days, your product will no longer be guaranteed by Digimigia (except for special products that the manufacturer gives a one-year warranty).

When will you send the product to me?

Our delivery time varies depending on your product's type and location, but our support team will tell you the exact delivery time on WhatsApp or email right after the purchase. (maximum 1 week)

Do you deliver on holidays?

Product deliveries are available even on holidays, so you don't have to worry about your product arriving late for that reason.

My order hasn't arrived yet. Where is it?

If you haven't received any message from our support team regarding a delay in the delivery of your product, you can certainly reach out to us via WhatsApp, Telegram, or email to stay in touch. We appreciate your proactive approach, and our team will be available to assist you and provide updates on the status of your product.

Do I need to be there to sign for delivery?

Once you have placed an order for a product, there is no further action required on your part. The product will be delivered to your doorstep, and if you are not available at home, the delivery person may leave the product behind the door.

Which product will be shipped first if I order two products?

In that case, we kindly request that you allow the products to be shipped together. However, if you have an urgent need for the first product, we can arrange to send it separately for you.

How is COD (Cash on delivery)?

Before the courier leaves for your home, you will be contacted to make sure you are home. If this does not happen, the courier will return, and your order will be canceled.
